How do I pay?
Do the taxis have Wi-Fi?
Yes. You can access Wi-Fi using your phone, tablet, or laptop, and the cabs also have in-car chargers for uninterrupted service.
Is it on the clock?
All our rides are metered, so you pay based on the distance travelled.
I am a single female; am I safe travelling alone?
Absolutely. There is no need for concern. Runnymede Borough Council licenses our drivers, and they have undergone DBS checks for your safety and peace of mind.
How do I know my driver will arrive on time?
Our drivers are punctual and track your flight in real time.
We always allow 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. If there are any delays, we will do everything possible to ensure we can still be there when you arrive back in the country. If this is not possible, we will let you know so you can make alternative arrangements.
Occasionally, serious road accidents or freak weather will prevent us from being there on time. We cannot be held liable for not turning up in such circumstances. Rest assured, we always want to give the best possible customer service and go out of our way to ensure you are satisfied.
